"After facing the fact that my out-of-control weight was seriously affecting my health, I decided that I needed to reverse the trend. So in parallel with a new approach to food, I had my introductory training session at Citywide SuperSlow®. I immediately knew that this would be a big component to achieving total fitness, combined with eating right. I began to train twice a week; that's all my trainers would allow. My strength began to increase dramatically. I knew that SuperSlow® would not, in and of itself, be the biggest determinant in weight loss.
