Every Monday night my wife, Denise, works late at Citywide. Each one of those evenings I enjoy preparing a surprise paleo dinner for her. She comes home; there is always a glass of wine waiting and some kind of concoction I've found and prepared. This is what I made last night:
Ground grass fed beef sauteed with peppers and onions. Pastured eggs added along with raw cheddar cheese. The whole thing is scrambled together. I also made what's called paleo grits. This is chopped up cauliflower with almond flour and chicken stock. Stirred up and sauteed. In the end, butter from grass fed cows is added.
Sounds like I really know how to cook :) and it's especially good for my health and my marriage.
