Happy Summer! I had the opportunity to spend a week at the Ashram this past July. The Ashram is a week long experience where you transform your mind, body and soul as you immerse yourself each day, reconnecting to yourself while finding your inner and outer strength to climb any "mountain."

A few days ago I ran into a gentleman who used to work out at our facility. He mentioned to me that he'd lost 18 pounds by significantly changing his diet.

He then made this statement to me:
